Located in the Van Wagner Place neighborhood of Poughkeepsie, this existing warehouse and storage facility was renovated and re-purposed into a professional office and retail building. Extensive amounts of glass, the bris soleil along the west side of the building, together with the new covered entrance porch, the building becomes a defining and dramatic feature of the neighborhood. Carefully considered details of corrugated metal panels not only celebrate the building’s history but introduce a feeling of modernity to the surrounding community.
