The existing 13 story multifamily building, built in the 1970’s, provides 119 one-bedroom apartments. The new scope of the property involves subdividing the existing site into smaller lots consisting of a 0.91 acre parcel, which contains the existing multifamily building, and a 1.35 acre parcel which will have the new building.

The new building is to be a 4-5 story ‘L’ shaped building which would consist of 72 dwelling units. Of the 72 units, 24 will be studios and 48 will be one-bedroom units. The first floor of the building will contain the offices of the management company, a large and small Community Room and a resident lounge. Also, there is a resident lounge on the fifth floor which opens up to a 2,000 SF roof patio.
