Patriot's Park is a mixed-use commercial development on Route 9 in the Village of Wappingers Falls, NY. The project site was designed and organized over a fifteen year period where TA was tasked with designing and coordinating new structures as adjacent properties were absorbed into the design of the plaza. Conceived of as a campus, the various buildings and tenant spaces are tied together visually through the use of consistent materials, colors, lighting and ornament. The result is a consistent aesthetic that frames a commemorative memorial on site that links to each building through pedestrian pathways.
