The TA team harnessed its site design expertise transform this once disused industrial site into a new public park that acts as a keystone for the revitalization of the Poughkeepsie waterfront. In addition to the site design, our team provided close project coordination with the adjacent Walkway Elevator project, for which the Upper Landing serves as gateway.
