TA was chosen to lead the effort to relocate the Vassar College Bookstore to the former Juliet Theater in the heart of the Arlington Business District. The project entailed an adaptive redesign of the entire building, as well as a partial facade restoration, and all on an 8 month schedule. To achieve this, our team designed a total design solution using integrated project delivery methods. This enabled a collaborative effort to address all architectural, design and business processes successfully for the grand opening at the completion of the 8 month schedule.
